Product Idea
This section is where we discuss your ideas. You may already have had an idea and know exact specifications, if you already know what you’re looking to achieve then we make comprehensive notes and move straight on to section two where we develop your ideas into prototype products. If you are struggling for inspiration or maybe you need a little direction in finding your perfect product, this is where our workshop team can help. We will be able to guide you into creating the perfect product combination for your business from the materials we carry in house making this the most cost effective and time effective way of having your very own products developed.
If you are looking to have a 100% bespoke product created then there may be larger minimum order quantities or minimum order values that apply. This is because we will have to order in bespoke glassware or fragrances etc. When ordering smaller quantities of bespoke products the cost per product is usually higher, you are able to get around this issue by selecting materials which we carry in stock.
When we know the following we will look to move onto the development stage;
Carriage – Glassware, Tin etc
Fragrance
Additions – Lid, product related packaging
Development
The development stage can be either a long or short process depending on the specifics of each project, most projects are simple and require very little testing. Usually the more complex developments are for bespoke products. The different areas which have to be developed are to make sure the fragrances are of a standard which we are happy to use, that the correct wick is supplied for the glassware which is chosen and that the correct burn and scent throw combination are achieved.
When we are happy the product is the correct fragrance and have the correct appearance, wicking and scent throw, we will then supply you with a prototype product. When you are completely happy with the prototype product and we receive your approval we will move onto the final stage which is to arrange the production of your very own products.
Production & Delivery
We will work closely with you throughout the entire process so you already know how to proceed at the production stage. Each project requires a different minimum order depending on the materials which are used and the costs of those materials. This is more the case for bespoke products rather than for products created with our stock materials.
When the initially order has been agreed we will allocate your project space in our production workshop. As soon as your products are ready they are all yours to go out and sell through your very own business.
